  • are the driver in supporting the business development leads towards various commercial actions;
  • help determine the business development strategy and share your commercial insights;
  • make the first contacts with prospects;
  • organise events for customers and prospects;
  • organise meetings with regional and industry managers to ensure the necessary follow-up;
  • keep our CRM tool (Salesforce) up to date, make reports, build and monitoring budgets;
  • are the super user of our CRM tool and responsible to train our new colleagues;
  • support our teams in various commercial and talent actions via social media.
Let’s Talk About You
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree;
  • You have several years of relevant work experience, ideally in a sales support function;
  • You know the secrets of MS Office;
  • You have a can do attitude, you enjoy proactively looking for opportunities;
  • You effortlessly contact prospects by phone;
  • You are perfectly trilingual (Dutch, French, English);
  • You are stress-resistant and a multitasker, you do not shy away from a challenge;
  • You are a team player who is discrete and diplomatic;
  • You are accurate, customer-oriented and have a proactive attitude and commercial flair.
In this role, you work closely together with our business development and management team, and with the heart of our business, our clients and consultants. Talking about your interests, expectations and ambitions for the future, the aim is to let you grow at your own pace.  You will provide commercial support to the Business Process Solutions department where you will mainly provide commercial support to a service that provides temporary financial and human resources profiles to international and large companies.Our StoryDeloitte Accountancy provides a wide range of accounting and controlling services to both international and SME clients, as well as tax, legal, M&A and business control services to family businesses.
