Team/division description

You will be working for the Human Resources division, called People & Innovation. You will be part of the Business Intelligence team (which belongs to Business Innovation within P&I). Our main task is to unite P&I teams to deliver strong employee experience and to drive employee data analytics through business intelligence.

Your role

  • Put in place foundations for Employee Experience management (mapping of P&I activities on employee journey, creation of first sets of employee persona’s)
  • Strengthen Voice of Employee activities (mapping of current available sources, support definition of strategy and investigation usage of voice of employee engine tool)
  • Build foundation for Employee Data Analytics (mapping employee data sources, leveraging existing data by supporting Business Innovation Planning team in creating easy visualisation and build story telling of insights to targeted audiences)
  • Support coordination of P&I communication to TME employees (unified visual identity, tone of voice & sharepoint communication site)

Your education, profile & skills

  • Experience with Office 365, Sharepoint (web design), Power BI
  • Experience with employee journey design & HR data analytics
