AGAP2 is a European consulting company specialized in engineering and multi-sector oriented. We are active in energy, life sciences, mobility and large infrastructure works. Present in 11 countries and in Belgium since 2013, we currently count more than 5000 employees across Europe.

In order to expand our Business team, we are looking for a Junior Business Manager (M/F) in the context of his/her first job.

The ideal candidate an entrepreneurial spirit and is eager to create and develop their own business within our company. In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own team

    • You select and hire engineers in order to build and supervise your team of consultants.

    2. Develop your customer portfolio

    You meet your prospects to detect opportunities, develop your business, accompany your future customers in their technical projects and guarantee their follow-up and success.

    3. Build a financial and operational business plan

    You build and manage your own business. You implement a pricing strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals.

    4. Lead, federate and develop your team

    You are responsible for the career of your consultants, you ensure the follow-up, the training and the evolution of their skills and career.

    5. Pass on your knowledge and coach

    You hire and coach Junior Business Managers to help them succeed by giving them the benefit of your experience in the business.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Engineering or Management
    • General business skills including negotiation
    • Requires soft skills as supportive leadership
    • Native in Dutch or French and proficiency in English
