Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing Software scale-ups (winner of Deloitte’s Fast 50 Award!) that is changing the marketing and advertising world and help grow our brand in the UK? Then you are the person we are looking for!
What are you going to do?

  • Sortlist helps any company in the world working with the best marketing/digital agency. We have a dedicated sales team that cares about agencies, and we have another sales team caring about companies. Your role will be on the company side.
  • With your enthusiasm and persuasiveness you build a client portfolio consisting of companies looking for the best agencies for their projects in marketing.
  • You will be the entry point for every marketing project received on Sortlist, and will help the project owner framing his/her project, and recommend him/her to meet some of the best agencies from our platform.
  • You are responsible for the entire process, from inbound leads to closing deals. You will make use of (video) email, video calls, face-to-face meetings, Social Media (Linkedin) and of course your telephone.
  • You understand the needs of the customer and can easily translate them into a commercial solution. You think along with customers to find the best solution for their current strategy.
  • Nurturing client relationships is not an issue for you, so to be able to grow our number of projects received on our marketplace.
  • You will be working closely with the Agency Sales Department, but also with the product team.

What is your profile?

  • +2 year of experience in sales/consultancy/recruitment is required.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are thrilled at the idea of joining a team of a few in a faced paced, future proof environment
  • You can work autonomously and like to proactively improve your workflows
  • You can work independently and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English;Italian, German, Dutch or Frenchwould be a plus
  • Participating in an international scale-up is your dream!
