Business Process Manager Supply Chain (m/f/x)

  • You are responsible for managing and (co)-leading the upcoming Business Transformation projects and form a team together with other BPM;
  • You are the leading role in analysing existing processes, collecting requirements and implementing newly designed, harmonized and standardized future processes;
  • You are a business partner in project management, process analysis, design and improvement for the commercial & SCM team;
  • You support the design and implementation of a new SAP solution in the commercial/SCM area:
    • Document, analyse and challenge existing process and requirements in line with the Aurubis process modelling policy;
    • Participate together with local process owners and IT in as-is & to-be workshops;
    • Support and challenge local process owners in business process redesign and strive towards process optimization and standardization of processes within the local organisation;
    • Identify risks and problems and initiate actions;
    • Ensure communication to and alignment within your own area and with other business areas

  • You manage and coordinate commercial/SCM projects based on extensive project management experience.

Profiel

  • You successfully obtained a Master’s degree in an economical, financial or technical environment;
  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in Business Consulting or Project Management;
  • You have experience in large SAP projects & implementation as well as analysing, documenting and redesigning business processes;
  • Knowledge of commercial/SCM Business processes is a benefit;
  • You have a analytical and problem solving mindset combined with strong project management skills;
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills (both in Dutch and English).
