Function

Processing and follow-up of component PO’s to brokers (we need to place for EMS) – item creation, demand creation, PO creation, follow-up receipt & shipment to EMS.
Follow-up & manage EOL process – communication of the EOL and LTB requirement, follow-up of validation of required LTB volume & PO creation
Selling of obsolete components – identify opportunity (analyze Barco obsolete inventory) – manage with DERF (our partner to sell) – close the loop with invoice & payment
Support the ordering of alternative components for validation & the related risk orders
Analyze the excess inventory & shortages files of EMS to identify SWAP opportunity – manage the SWAP activity (reach agreement with EMS on the SWAP – sync with CPE & execute the buy & sell)
Support the analyze of comp shortage on board level and advice on the sense of expensive brokering.
Analyze weekly EMS shortage files to understand changes week on week and better understand source of new shortages
Brokering on-line shops – RfQ on the broker sites – follow-up on the offers and sync with our partner brokers for the purchase.
