PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
  • Project leader for LCT initiative roll-out.
  • Supports strategy definition (for all logistics channels and SCM segments)
  • Owns LCT definition to meet defined strategy
  • Provides global standards, manages exceptions and bring up if applicable. Owns TMS business Requirements.
  • Implements the result scorecards and performance tracking. (OLA/SLA)
  • Applies lean methodologies in order to maximize LCT processes performance.
  • Brings digitalization and secures LCT is state-of-the-art aligned to value.
  • Identifies and implements the best methodologies across the LCT’s.
  • Identifies and supports the best methodologies implementation across adjacent functions.
  • Collaborates with Product (TMS) Owner & IT in CI initiatives.
  • Drives CI initiatives with Regions and coordinates effort for global CI and data analysts’ teams.
  • Supports D40 transportation initiatives and Network design initiatives providing all required data for what-if scenarios. Support to regional (Governance, Performance) structures. Transportation Team Development"

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10y+ demonstrated expertise in LCT Models developed on FMCG or electronics logistics.
  • Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to turn logistics fulfilment flows into a business discussion highlighting priorities and opportunities to partners with basic understanding of financial and operational implications.
  • Eye For Business: Ability to comprehend the global strategies (Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain) and the business environment, capable of translating these strategies into action plans that contribute in the realization of the company strategies.
  • Challenging Status-quo: ability to connect the dots to create new opportunities. Has curiosity to look for new ways & opportunities to bring value, simplify processes and/or reduce cost
  • Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage time while delivering results in a dynamic business environment
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.
  • Communication: Ability to pass messages in a concise and clear way, to present in an effective way and to interact with diverse set of partners and levels in the organization.
