Context of the opportunity
Within the framework of the growth of the activities in the Energy sector, for its Business Unit Aftersales (Seraing, Belgium), the Group is looking for After Sales Project Coordinators
Main Responsibilities
- You are the perfect combination of a technical and project manager; for projects of various sizes and with diverse scopes and products, you coordinate the project from the beginning till the end
- You are in charge of the Basic Design of the solutions to be brought to the product and their auxiliary equipment, in cooperation with the various support services of the sector
- You manage the execution of the overall and detailed studies of your projects
- You manage the schedule and resources of your projects, both internal and external
- You validate technical files, drawings and item lists by guaranteeing quality, deadlines and costs
- You support the different involved departments: Engineering, Procurement, Site erection and commissioning
- You actively participate in the execution of the activities on site, if necessary, by reinforcing it with your presence
- You take initiative, are rigorous, show leadership and are autonomous. You defend the interests of John Cockerill
- You actively participate in feedback
- You prepare and present the cost control (budget report) of your project every month.
Profile
- You have a higher technical education such as Electromechanical Engineer - Thermal Engineer and/or a management background with good technical basis.
- You want to develop your skills and have a 1rst experience in engineering and technical project management in the field of energy production, in an international environment.
- You use office tools (MS Office) and preferably master planning software (Primavera, MS Project).
- You are fluent in English. Spanish is an asset. Any other language is a plus.
- Reliable, very autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills, good coordinator and communicator, your ability to take initiatives and find solutions will be an asset in your function.
- You are willing to travel for short- and medium-term missions abroad (on sites).
