Our client, a fast growing company is located in Leuven and is looking for a CFO to support their growth story:

As CFO you will be the right hand of the CEO and will have a lot of autonomy in a familial atmosphere:

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Assist the finance team + administration
  • Being the right hand of the CEO regarding the growing strategy
  • Financial Reporting and presenting/participating at the Board
  • Handle compliance & Legal items

    • Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Hands On
  • Structured and able to think strategically
  • Mature person
  • Very good knowledge of NL/FR + ENG
  • Knowledge of M&A is an asset
  • Knowledge of the tools ’Bright Analytics’ & ’Exact Online’ is a plus
