Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support our Clinical Monitoring Department in Leuven office (Belgium).
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Training & Development (T&D) support activities – maintenance of T&D files, disseminating training reminders, etc;
- Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
- S chedule training session, coordinate & schedule departmental and individual training meetings ;
- Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
- Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred);
- Proficiency in English;
- At least 1 year of CTA experience would be ideal;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
