Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support our Clinical Monitoring Department in Leuven office (Belgium).

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day Training & Development (T&D) support activities – maintenance of T&D files, disseminating training reminders, etc;
  • Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
  • S chedule training session, coordinate & schedule departmental and individual training meetings ;
  • Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
  • Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • At least 1 year of CTA experience would be ideal;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
