Key Responsibilities

  • You manage daily team activities to ensure the agreed targets are met and appropriate qualitative standards are achieved in terms of order management (order to cash).
  • You handle first level of escalations from customers, partners and sales. Organize assistance from other parts of the organization and drive to resolution.
  • You implement process changes and finetune procedures. Provide recommendations for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You drive improvement initiatives in terms of automation and ERP roadmap.
  • You create and further develop reporting for our teams and internal stakeholders.
  • You safeguard team performance by continuous training and coaching.
  • You monitor work progress and individual performance.

Your profile:

  • You have proven experience in a customer facing environment
  • Experience with leading a team is a plus
