To further expand these activities within the certification, inspection and technical approval service, we are actively seeking a

Communication Responsible


Your role and main tasks:

The Communications Responsible will be in charge of implementing a communications strategy that meets the priorities and objectives of the strategic plan defined for Certification, Inspection, and Approval activities.


External communication
:

  • Designing and distributing inspiring communication materials (presentations, videos, press releases, campaigns).

  • Managing and updating websites, newsletters and social media.

  • Participating in customer events and trade fairs.

  • Collaborating with external partners such as agencies and designers.


Internal communication:

  • Drafting and sending internal communications (newsletters, events, information letters).

  • Connecting and motivating employees with creative and targeted communication campaigns.

  • Improving the provision of information within our three activities.


Project management and monitoring :

  • Developing and following up on the annual communication plan and budget.

  • Analysing results and KPIs to measure impact.

  • Monitoring our corporate identity and tone of voice.


Your profile and qualities:


Are you an experienced communications professional who combines creativity with structure? Then you are a perfect fit for our team.


What do you bring to the table?

  • A degree in communications, marketing or equivalent (Bachelor’s/Master’s).

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a company or agency.

  • Strong digital skills: MS365, CMS (WordPress/Drupal), email software, social media, Google Analytics.

  • Bonus: experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Excellent command of Dutch and French, fluent writing skills and good writing style; English is an asset.

  • Experience with project management and strong organizational skills.
