Communication Manager TENA BE & NL M/F
For our TENA brand we are looking for Communication Manager BE & NL M/F located in Brussels.
About the Role
The Communication Manager is in charge of the planning and execution of ATL plans for Belgium and the Netherlands and runs our Dialogue Marketing program. The function reports into the Intimate Hygiene Marketing Manager France & Belgium.

What You Will Do
  • Responsible for the communication and media strategy, media planning and monitoring, sampling strategy and activation
  • For different target groups of the global brand TENA in Belgium & Netherlands in close cooperation with diverse agencies, Essity Digital Hub and HMS DME
  • Budget planning and administration
  • Runs and further develops our digital dialogue programs to increase consumer loyalty and gather consumer insights for the brand TENA
  • Constantly measures ROI of the activities and pro-actively re-adjusts where necessary
  • Aligns with and regularly presents to key stakeholders of our CG, GBIS and HMS businesses
Who You Are
  • Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 5-7 years B2C-Marketing or communication experience
  • Experience in briefing and leading media agencies and working with media plans
  • High digital affinity, including experience in Google Analytics
  • High affinity with communications, ability to find and judge the right tone of voice for the TENA brand towards different B2C target groups
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch language, fluent in English
  • Self-reliant, organized, hands-on and consumer oriented way of working
  • Very good planning and problem solving skills, stress resistance
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
