A company active in the banking sector is currently seeking to recruit a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst in Brussels.

Some of your main tasks in the position of the Consolidation & Reporting Analyst will include:

  • You will work in a team to produce the consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and regulatory reporting
  • You will report figures but also interpret them over a past period of time
  • You will initiate and coordinate projects and be in permanent contact with other departments and entities
  • You will work independently and autonomously on specific cases
  • You will support and coach your colleagues and give them technical advice
  • You will establish and maintain a deep knowledge consolidation and an excellent understanding of financial reporting requirements
  • You will be in contact with external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors

The ideal candidate for this position holds a degree in Accounting or equivalent and has a relevant experience in Accounting, Controlling or Reporting. The candidate has excellent knowledge in Consolidation.

The candidate is fluent in French and have knowledge of Dutch and English.
