Mission

As contract management is key success factor to realize a cost effective program, the DECOMISSIONING Program has appointed a Program contract Manager.

He Is Being Responsible To

  • Establish contract management governance aligned with Engie Group Policies and develop tools for project teams
  • Maintain an overview of ongoing contracts within the program
  • Collaborate with purchasing & project managers to propose optimal contract strategies
  • Define claim management strategies and assist in contract review sessions
  • Support projects in defining their contract management plans and managing their claims
  • Conduct independent review of contract management within critical program projects
  • Identify and assess risks associated with assigned contracting efforts
  • Lead, contribute and/or deliver contract management training and awareness initiatives

Profile

  • You have a master degree in engineering
  • You speak fluently French and have a good knowledge in English
  • You are proactive, initiative-taking, analytical, structured, and rigorous
  • You are a team player with assertiveness
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), SAP. Knowledge of Clarity is a plus
