Overview

Our client is one of the largest and most notable construction groups specializing in civil, marine, and offshore infrastructure projects. As a multi-billion euro turnover business, they operate globally and have worked on some of the world’s most complex and challenging projects within their sector.

As the company continues to expand they are now looking to further strengthen their contract management department, which plays a strategic role in the development and the success of the business. With a key contract management appointment now sought after in Belgium, they are seeking profiles to work on an offshore wind project.

You

As an experienced contract manager or quantity surveyor you will be fluent in English, and a degree-qualified quantity surveyor, engineer, or construction professional. Our client is also open to a legal background as long as you have experience working on a construction site.

You will know about employer and/or subcontractor management, contract negotiation and drafting, claims and variation orders, and dispute resolution. Additionally, you will have at least 5 years experience working within the offshore wind industry.
