Purpose of the position
  • Design and execute the company strategy together with the different company divisions in order to further develop the company
  • Coordinate transversal project in alignment with the Lufthansa group and the company governance
  • Advising and supporting the Management Board.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Strategicdevelopment
  • Based on data and in collaboration with many different stakeholders develop and challenge company and departments’ vision and strategy
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders on company action plan and priority
  • Prepare and support discussions for the Management Board but also towards the different departments
  • Promote continuous (cost) improvement culture within the organization
  • Contribute to the company framework
ManagementSupport
  • Manage, facilitate and prepare company divisions committees and top management offsite.
  • Provide support by creating presentations, briefings, …
  • Promote corporate governance and decision process with a focus on quality & efficiency.
PMO
  • Manage and deliver transversal project in line with the company’s vision and strategy.
  • Anticipate issues within projects, work together with project leads towards finding solutions or ideas & escalate when required
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of diverse projects & initiatives
  • Coordinate project landscape within Brussels Airlines in a transparent way
  • Build and support positive changes
  • KPI’s & reporting: follow up on the metrics.
Your Profile 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or complex transversal topics
  • University degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Stress resistant / reliable / discrete
  • Solution oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to motivate/inspire involved stakeholders to successfully drive the change using a range of soft skills
  • Pragmatic
  • Comfortable with figures & analytical skills
  • Able and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Persuasive and comfortable in dealing with senior management
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership function over time
