Purpose of the position
- Design and execute the company strategy together with the different company divisions in order to further develop the company
- Coordinate transversal project in alignment with the Lufthansa group and the company governance
- Advising and supporting the Management Board.
Strategicdevelopment
- Based on data and in collaboration with many different stakeholders develop and challenge company and departments’ vision and strategy
- Align with internal and external stakeholders on company action plan and priority
- Prepare and support discussions for the Management Board but also towards the different departments
- Promote continuous (cost) improvement culture within the organization
- Contribute to the company framework
- Manage, facilitate and prepare company divisions committees and top management offsite.

- Promote corporate governance and decision process with a focus on quality & efficiency.
- Manage and deliver transversal project in line with the company’s vision and strategy.
- Anticipate issues within projects, work together with project leads towards finding solutions or ideas & escalate when required
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of diverse projects & initiatives
- Coordinate project landscape within Brussels Airlines in a transparent way
- Build and support positive changes
- KPI’s & reporting: follow up on the metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or complex transversal topics
- University degree or equivalent is an asset
- Project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Stress resistant / reliable / discrete

- Strong organizational skills
- Able to motivate/inspire involved stakeholders to successfully drive the change using a range of soft skills
