Perspective Blue is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst for our prestigious client headquartered in Brussels.

Your role :

• Assisting in Credit Functions Management: This involves participating in the management of credit-related activities within the company.

• Liaising with Dealers and Customers: Communicating with dealers and customers, prioritizing their needs and concerns, especially in resolving disputes. This extends to communication with TFS field operations.

• Activating Contracts: Handling the process of activating contracts, which likely involves ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and contracts are executed properly.

• Validating Documents: Checking and confirming the validity and accuracy of documents stored in the Document Management System, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Customer-Focused Support: Providing service and sales support to the field team and dealer network with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.

• Performance Management: Taking responsibility for managing one’s own performance against predefined service standards, including response times and other commitments.

• Providing Settlement Figures: Giving settlement figures to the dealer network and offering assistance with any related queries that arise.

• Handling Telephone Queries: Dealing with day-to-day telephone queries from the dealer network and other areas of the business, likely involving providing information and resolving issues.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Being open to undertaking additional tasks as required by one’s line manager, reflecting flexibility and adaptability in the role.

Your profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance related field.

• Mandatory languages: Dutch/ French.

• Optional: English.

• Experience as a Credit/Risk Analyst.
