Responsabilities

  • You will be responsible for handling customer requests by chat, email or telephone.
  • You will analyze the situation in order to find the best solution to your customers’ problems.
  • Thanks to your empathy and incredible people skills, you’ll be able to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Your fast, accurate answers shape the image of our online pharmacy.
  • Positive thinking, patience and continuous improvement are our watchwords.

  • You speak French and have a good level of German.
