About our role:
Our client is a leading brand in bank and insurance industry, looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Junior Customer Journey and Chatbot Content Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for writing customer flows for the chatbot.

You will have the opportunity to work inside a team in charge of projects with Bot impact. If you are excited about using your skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

What you will be doing:
Contributing to the deployment of the chatbot. Working with various stakeholders, understanding and structuring business needs.

Train the Bot to better understand what customers are saying to it (interpretation skills) by providing them with intentions and expressions.

Together with the Conversational & UX Designer you will be designing customer flows Bot, ensuring correct information and a good user experience.

Test Execution and bug detection

Monitoring the flows after the deployment

Ensures that performance is in line with set quality standards.

Eventually, you’ll assume the responsibility of data analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) evaluation to enhance overall performance.

What you bring:
Knowledge or strong affinity with NLP and AI

Customer journey experience is a plus!

Interested in Digital (chat(bot), website, mobile apps etc...).

Previous copywriting experience

Fluent in French
