Your responsibilities?
You will answer our customers’ questions by phone, WhatsApp and email and provide them with an answer as complete as possible. We have many different types of customers, from individuals to large companies and our customers’ questions are very diverse: adjusting a VAT number? On the side of the road with a breakdown? A question about a technical inspection? They can always count on you!
Who are we looking for?
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are someone with a “can-do attitude”, passionate about resolving customers’ problems and who is looking to join a fast-paced environment.
  • Besides communicating, you can also listen like no other to what your interlocutor needs. Helping others forward gives you a good feeling.
  • You are able to work under pressure: up to 80 calls per day does not scare you.
  • We do not work with written scripts so it is necessary that you have a certain analytical ability to assess what is needed to actually help customers.
  • You are patient, empathetic and solution-oriented.
  • You are a true team player: You know that it is essential to document certain things. That way the information is available to your colleagues who need to continue working on it.
