Our Customer is an growing Belgian company active in the Technology & Telecom industry.

On the back of a strong national and international growth we are currently reinforcing the Customer Experience tam with a Customer Service Manager.

The position

Be the mean point of contact for customer complex escalation.
Build, coordinate and execute escalation action plan with the different departments involved
Apply a customer centric approach and make sure smooth communication and feedback happen
Internal reporting and identify repetitive escalations for business optimization purpose

The profile

A few years experience in Customer interaction roles
Any knowledge in the ICT/Cloud landscape is a plus but not a must
Experience with project management, customer handling and potentially problem management
Excellent communications skills in Dutch, French and English
Pragmatic character with good organisation skills
Problem solving minded and stress resistant
