For one of our clients in Mechelen we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you would be a member of the sell sphere within a fast growing international and innovative environment, in the biotech industry.

A Selection Of Your Tasks
  • Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billings, cancellations and other queries.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Aid in product recalls.
  • Logging and administering of service requests.
WAT ZOEKEN WE?
  • You have an excellent knowledgde of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • You have an affinity with technology out of previous jobs.
  • Conflict solving is not a problem for you.
  • You are customer and quality focused.
  • A born teamplayer is what describes you.
  • You have experience within administration and have well-developed documentation skills.
  • You are good with computers and you have a good understanding of software.
  • You have a knowledge of MS Office programs, such as Excel.
