Job description


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be fully responsible for managing your own customer portfolio from A to Z. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing product and delivery information, as well as offering support and advice.

What Can You Expect?

  • You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with both the customer and the transport department.
  • You will maintain regular communication with our warehouse and production planning teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • By getting to know your customers well, you can anticipate their needs, proactively supporting them in managing their order book.
  • You will have the opportunity to take initiative and identify process improvements, contributing to ongoing Customer Service projects in close collaboration with your colleagues.
  • You and your teammates function as a well-oiled machine. While you are primarily responsible for your own customer portfolio, you also act as a backup for your colleagues when needed.
  • Besides direct customer contact, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders, such as sales managers and the commercial management team.

Profile
  • You have a higher education degree in a relevant field and preferably some practical experience in customer service.
  • Given our international presence, proficiency in English, French and/or German is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy finding the right solutions for customers.
  • You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, remaining flexible and composed under pressure.
  • You enjoy working in a proactive, dynamic, and positive team, contributing to a pleasant and collaborative atmosphere.
  • You have a structured approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while taking initiative.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
