Your new role
As a customer service representative you are responsible for managing customer relations proactively and being the single point of contact of all enquiries and orders via telephone and other correspondence. You take ownership and respond to all customers enquiries and complaints using Salesforce to manage all communications. Besides that, you will support with coordination and follow-up of aspects related to the handling of product enquiries and orders placed by customers. Therefore, you will be focused on administering the order process and this by according processes and procedures. Finally, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of quotations in SAP.

Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in Polish and English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. Furthermore, you have a first working experience as customer service representative in an international environment. You also have good communication skills and you can manage multiple priorities successfully. Preferably you also haveexperience with SAP and Salesforce.
