Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Daily handling and follow-up of transport orders
  • Pro-actively reporting problems/delays/... to the customer
  • Thinking creatively and cost-efficiently with the customer to solve problems
  • Handling extra costs and recovering them if possible
  • Cooperating in a team

Your profile

The following qualities describe you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • Several years of experience in customer service or in the logistics sector;
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Assertive
  • Team player
