Major Areas of Responsibility:
Contract Management for Service North Belgium. Interface with customers, internal suppliers, finance & accounting , Sales and Service Management
What you will be doing during the internship:
- Verification of contracts in SMS system (digital tool)
- Verify incorrectly pushed hours to SAP and contact technicians for missing timesheets
- Help create the asset list
- Help process the completed work orders, preparation for invoicing
- Verify list of contracts, identify any discrepancies
- Sending acknowledgments to customers
- Data maintenance contract customers
- Raise invoices / credit notes for contract customers
- Filing of closed orders.
- Customer contact – resolve problems and questions raised
- Monthly extracts of contract data in SAP
- Follow-up of contracts
- Working with tools such as: SAP, SRM, Omnis, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Degree experience: professional bachelor (ongoing)
- Competencies: You are motivated, precise and accurate, communicative and a real team player. You feel comfortable communicating to internal and external clients.
