Data Reporting Expert - Sparring partner for the Business (Power BI)



SQL server 2019 - SSRS -SSIS - Power BI

As Data Reporting Expert, you will design and create reports in Microsoft technologies to support several business departments. You will also manage our data warehouse in SQL and manage the data exchange between ERP, MES, PLM, WMS, MS project and the central data warehouse. In addition you support and coach our users on MS Power BI.

Your Responsibilities
  • Listen to business requirements and translate them into dynamic reports
  • Support and develop reports in MS SQL Reporting Server and Power BI technology
  • Create and update existing data loads on data warehouse and daily monitoring of data loads
  • Continuous improvement of our data load and reporting solutions
  • Support the business in understanding and using the reports
  • Support the projects in our organization that have reporting or data integration needs
  • Create or maintain documentation for end-users and publish them on the intranet
  • Organize and give trainings in your area of knowledge (ex. Power BI)

Profile
  • Higher education in Information Technology or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and server 2016/2019, Power BI and SSIS
  • Experience with data sources like ERP, MES, PLM, Project Management, …
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to troubleshoot complex data problems
  • In our international environment you need to speak and write fluent English and Dutch, French is a plus
