YOUR FUTURE JOB

For our Talent Engagement team in the People & Culture division we are looking for a Data Officer to support our Compensation & Benefits processes and projects.

More specifically you will:

  • Provide support in global activities to ensure business continuity in compensation &benefits related topics/projects.
  • Analyse comp&ben related data and provide analytics to different stakeholders.
  • Ensure adequate implementation of global HR procedures.
  • Actively participate in yearly salary review process on a global level.
  • Support Melexis participation in regular labour market surveys.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a Bachelor degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • You are proficient in Excel.
  • You are accurate with data and consider this as highly important.
  • You have a strong interest in data and analysis.
  • You know how to handle confidential data and facts.
  • You are fluent in English.
