Missions

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the deputy COO is responsible of supporting activities of the CA Indosuez (Europe) Belgium branch.


  • Banking and clients operations

Follow-up and improve all operational aspects sustaining clients’ relationship

Assist the Wealth Managers in the day-to-day work, supporting clients and handling administrative, reporting, tax and systems issues

Handle written communications and reports for clients

Ensure, as the first line of risks control, the check and compliance with internal procedures for banking operations and regulatory requirements


  • Regulatory reporting

Ensure the production and control of regulatory reporting (MIR, Anacrédit, schema A,…)

Follow-up with regulators and external audit

Assist with the external audit, internal audits and regulatory examinations


  • IT

Be the local correspondent of the Organization and IT departments for projects and users’ support


  • Projects Management

Coordination with various internal stakeholders and external providers for the implementation of projects relating to digital tools, IT, premises, taxes, etc.

Transformation and change management in processes and organization

Facility Management for the branches offices

Niveau d’études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

You have :


A university degree and valuable experiences in banking operations, finance and IT

A first experience with local Belgian reporting, accounting and tax environment

A good practice in Excel, Access, VBA or other programming languages

Broad knowledge of data management, relation databases, data modelling

Niveau d’expérience minimum

6 - 10 ans

Compétences recherchées

You are :

Able to work independently and are known for your interpersonal skills, efficiency, stress and priorities management

Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch would be a valuable asset.
