Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to lead and execute the entire design process—from initial concept through to final production. This role involves creating new designs as well as refining and updating existing ones. You will be responsible for ensuring all designs meet technical, manufacturing, and customer requirements throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and maintain mechanical designs
  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ensure designs comply with manufacturing standards, technical specifications, and customer expectations
  • Deliver all design projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
