Desktop Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Wavre , Brussels. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, including hardware and software troubleshooting, printer support, and general technical assistance. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical issues, repairing hardware, configuring desktop environments, and ensuring efficient and effective support for end-users.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
