We are looking for experienced contractors for the role of Desktop engineering support with specialization in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) administration and maintenanceto join team within NATO and EU institutions.

???? On-site in EU country (relocation)

☑️ Full time

???? B2B contract

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• 2 years’ experience in assisting in the creation, modification, and maintenance of Group Policies to enforce settings across user devices;

• 3 years’ experience in diagnosing issues related to COTS applications, proficiency in installing and configuring, integration with exiting system, ensuring seamless

operations;

• 3 years’ experience in responding to reported service incidents identifying causes and initiate resolution, collaborate with incident management team.

Desirable:

• Certification in ITIL Foundation.

Duties/role:

• Installing, configurating, administrating and monitoring of VDI infrastructure based on Dell end user devices and Omnissa (former VMware) Horizon technologies;

• Ensuring healthy and functional end user computing environment;

• Enhancing the business continuity by improving the fault tolerance and disaster recovery.
