Your Mission

Optimy is looking for a digital marketing specialist to join its Marketing Team. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for building, executing and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns along with lead engagement efforts to increase our lead to sales opportunity conversions.

The ideal applicant will be part technical, data-driven and creative. The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who is goal oriented and can work under pressure.

Perform end-to-end execution of data-driven campaigns to maximize our ROI

  • Execute the global demand generation strategy to meet our lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Optimize the marketing mix across all channels
  • Convert targeted prospects through landing pages and content repurposing
  • Establish and manage PPC / ads to generate high-quality leads for the sales team
  • Optimize PPC performance and reduce CPC for all campaigns
  • Track, report and analyze performance and make monthly and implement quarterly recommendations for improvement

Lead engagement

  • Implement marketing automation workflows to keep Optimy’s value proposition top-of-mind leading up to the buying cycle
  • Lead hand-off sales ready leads
  • Together with the ops team, analyze and optimize the lead qualification process to identify and hand-off sales ready leads
  • Translate sales objectives into effective campaigns that build a consistent level of sales ready leads throughout the year
  • Support customer marketing programs on behalf of the sales team to open opportunities with strategically identified accounts

Your Profile

  • You have about 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience in a performance/direct results based position
  • Experience in a B2B software / tech space environment is a plus
  • You master digital marketing tools such as with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Other Paid search, Paid social and display channels, web analytics and MarTech solutions
  • You are fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus
  • You are a self-starter with a ‘roll-up your sleeves attitude’
  • You have strong qualitative analytical skills
  • You have a good balance between the analytical and emotional approach to marketing
  • You have already worked with CRM and marketing automation
