About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Education Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medical education. As an Education Solutions Specialist at iMEP, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement educational solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and subject matter experts to identify educational needs and opportunities.
• Design and develop customized educational solutions, including courses, workshops, and online resources, that align with industry trends and best practices.
• Utilize instructional design principles and technology to create engaging and effective learning materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis, making continuous improvements as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in medical practice and education to ensure the relevance and quality of our programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide support and guidance to educators and learners, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote iMEP’s educational offerings.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Knowledge of the medical field and familiarity with healthcare education trends.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for improving healthcare through education.
• Excellent command in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
