We are looking for an E&I Supervisor (International Projects) for our site in Grimbergen.

Your responsibilities in this role?

  • work planning and execution: plan, schedule and implement electrical/instrumentation works related to the project from inception to completion. This includes determining requirements, setting deadlines, estimating costs and coordinating with other parties
  • electrician and technician supervision: manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians to ensure accurate, safe and on-schedule task completion. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concerns
  • safety compliance and risk management: ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. This involves conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, implementing safety procedures and training staff
  • quality control: maintain the quality of electrical work by conducting daily inspections. Ensure installations and repairs meet industry standards and client specifications and troubleshoot any issues that occur
  • maintenance and repair: oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks and electrical system and equipment repairs. Identify and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime, and disruption
  • documentation and record keeping: they maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs and inspection reports. This documentation is helpful for future reference, troubleshooting and compliance
  • communication and collaboration: you maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients and management to ensure that projects run smoothly, and meet expectations. They also collaborate with other departments and contractors as needed

What do you need to excel in this job?

  • master electromechanics, electrotechnics, electronics
  • min. 3 years of experience
  • you are correct, punctual, eager to learn and flexible
  • team player attitude
