Client Description:
For our customer located in Zaventem, a well-known player in the technological sector, we are looking for an Order Handling Employee.
Job Description:
As an order handler you are responsible for the
order management process. You ensure an accurate follow-up of the registered files. For this you have frequent contact with the key account customers. You ensure an accurate administrative follow-up from A to Z of each file entrusted to you. You are also responsible for the follow-up of complaints and questions from customers and you always strive for high customer satisfaction!


Candidate Profile:
Who are you?

  • Do you speak and write fluently Frenchand English?
  • Do you already look back on your first experiencewithin administration and customer contact? Order handling experience is a plus!
  • Do you have a knowledge of a CRM system? Knowledge SAP is a big plus!
  • Finally, are you stress resistant and looking for a customer-oriented position?
