  • How long will it last? 6 months

Nestlé is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern who will help us with Recruitment and Employer Branding activities for a period of 6 months starting in august 2023.

Your responsabilities:

  • Management of the intern recruitment process for the Nestlé Belgilux group (Nestlé, Nespresso, Starbucks...):
  • posting offers on different platforms
  • Advise and share feedback with the hiring managers
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up
  • You will be the first point of contact for our interns and students
- follow-up of interns’ evaluations
  • Employer branding :
  • attending events e.g. student job fair
  • making a regular post of the week’s vacancies (external and internal)
  • Help with creation of communication and visual material
  • Help implement Employer branding activities: running and launching campaigns (video’s, testimonials...)

What will makes you succesful ?

  • Fluent in French and English, dutch is a plus
  • Currently enrolled/graduate in a bachelor or master in human ressources, management or marketing
  • You are detail-oriented and have a structured way of working
  • You know how to work in a team
  • A first experience in human ressources in a plus
