Equans is looking for an Energy Efficiency Engineer to strengthen its teams.

Your responsibilities

• carry out quickscans and energy audits of buildings and HVAC installations
• work closely with the specialized technical teams of Equans to optimize installations. In this context, you propose the best solutions to save energy
• perform periodic energy monitoring of these installations and establish energy performance reports
• design energy monitoring installations for optimal monitoring
• identify deviations and malfunctions
• ensure regular communication with clients
• participate in technical studies as part of energy performance contracts (EPC contracts)
• you attend both team meetings and construction site meetings
• safety and quality are priorities for you

Are you our future colleague?

• industrial/civil engineer - electromechanical or civil construction/architect engineer
• have an excellent knowledge of buildings (construction techniques, envelope and technical installations - Renewables, HVAC, Electricity)
• be able to identify improvement measures for building envelope (insulation, construction nodes, air tightness)
• must have knowledge of building thermics and electricity and capable of calculating the savings related to a proposed improvement
• strong experience in building techniques (architecture, HVAC, monitoring, regulation), is a plus
• good knowledge of regulations and standards related to the energy performance of buildings in one of the 3 regions (EPB), is a plus
• be very comfortable with computer tools, especially Excel or Python
• be able to analyze data and synthesize it
• be able to write a quality study report and present it to the client
• be open to innovation
• be able to listen to the client and understand their needs
• be autonomous but with a good team spirit, willing to share their skills with colleagues
• knowledge of French and Dutch, is a plus

Equans recherche un Energy Efficiency Engineer pour renforcer ses équipes.

Vos responsabilités

• réaliser des quickscans et des audits énergétiques de bâtiments et d’installations HVAC
• travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques spécialisées d’Equans pour optimiser les installations. Dans ce contexte, vous proposez les meilleures solutions pour économiser de l’énergie
• effectuer un suivi énergétique périodique de ces installations et établir des rapports de performance énergétique
• concevoir des installations de suivi énergétique pour un suivi optimal
• identifier les écarts et dysfonctionnements
• assurer une communication régulière avec les clients
• participer à des études techniques dans le cadre de contrats de performance énergétique (contrats CPE)
• vous assistez aux réunions d’équipe et aux réunions de chantier
• la sécurité et la qualité sont des priorités pour vous

Êtes-vous notre futur collègue ?

• ingénieur industriel/civil - électromécanique ou ingénieur en construction civile/architecte
• avoir une excellente connaissance des bâtiments (techniques de construction, enveloppe et installations techniques - Énergies renouvelables, HVAC, Électricité)
• être capable d’identifier des mesures d’amélioration pour l’enveloppe du bâtiment (isolation, nœuds de construction, étanchéité à l’air)
• devoir avoir des connaissances en thermique du bâtiment et en électricité et être capable de calculer les économies liées à une amélioration proposée
• une solide expérience dans les techniques de construction (architecture, HVAC, suivi, régulation) est un plus
• une bonne connaissance des réglementations et normes liées à la performance énergétique des bâtiments dans l’une des 3 régions (PEB) est un plus
• être très à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, en particulier Excel ou Python
• être capable d’analyser des données et de les synthétiser
• être capable de rédiger un rapport d’étude de qualité et de le présenter au client
• être ouvert à l’innovation
• être capable d’écouter le client et de comprendre ses besoins
• être autonome, mais avec un bon esprit d’équipe, disposé à partager ses compétences avec ses collègues
• la connaissance du français et du néerlandais est un plus

Ben jij onze toekomstige collega?

• industrieel/civiel ingenieur - elektromechanica of civiel bouwkundig/architect ingenieur
• uitstekende kennis hebben van gebouwen (bouwtechnieken, schil en technische installaties - Hernieuwbare energie, HVAC, Elektriciteit)
• in staat zijn verbetermaatregelen voor het gebouwschil te identificeren (isolatie, bouwknopen, luchtdichtheid)
• kennis moeten hebben van gebouwthermiek en elektriciteit en in staat zijn de besparingen te berekenen die gerelateerd zijn aan een voorgestelde verbetering
• sterke ervaring in bouwtechnieken (architectuur, HVAC, monitoring, regelgeving) is een plus
• goede kennis van regelgeving en normen met betrekking tot de energieprestatie van gebouwen in een van de 3 regio’s (EPB) is een plus
• zeer comfortabel zijn met computertools, vooral Excel of Python
• in staat zijn gegevens te analyseren en te synthetiseren
• in staat zijn een kwalitatief studierapport te schrijven en dit aan de klant te presenteren
• openstaan voor innovatie
• in staat zijn naar de klant te luisteren en hun behoeften te begrijpen
• autonoom zijn, maar met een goede teamgeest, bereid zijn vaardigheden met collega’s te delen
• kennis van Frans en Nederlands is een plus
