As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are responsible for your own specific market segment.
Are you ready to help us crack the code to international growth? Excited to close 6 (or even 7!?) figure deals to leading organisations in the world?
Together with a Sales Associate (working in a POD structure), you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle. Arm in arm, you will be tackling the market together. Above that, as an Enterprise Account Executive, you will coach the Sales Associate through the sales process. Lots of challenging opportunities don’t you think?

Your impact
TechWolf Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for driving sales cycles and closing New Business deals. Account Executives communicate the TechWolf value proposition to our prospects, primarily over the phone, video call and through online demos. Target clients will be Enterprise companies throughout Europe with at least 1.000 white-collar employees in sectors that are either:
- in transformation (such as Banking, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive…) or;
- where skillsets are highly complex & specialised (Chemistry, Semiconductors, Technology…)
You will have an opportunity to
- close new business consistently at or above quota level
- evangelise the transition towards a skills-based operating model
- serve as a brand enthusiast for TechWolf’s product
- work closely with their Sales Associate on outbound prospects in their segment (so jointly responsible for pipeline creation)
- bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values and vision for the future
We’re looking for someone who
- has 3+ years of experience selling solutions or services to Enterprise Customers
- is enthusiastic, has tons of energy, is passionate and has excellent communication skills
- has proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
- stays sharp focused on his/her goals and has a powerful work ethic
- is fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
