As an Enterprise Architect with affinity for the Financial Services Industry , you will support our internal organisation as well as clients and contribute to a wide range of projects by:

  • Working with business and technology teams to define the strategy and architectural vision, and associated roadmap and initiatives to support certain ambitions. All this across multiple different industries;
  • Supporting in defining the application strategy and developing a coherent approach to manage and rationalize application landscape and help streamlining technology operations;
  • Develop innovative architecture using disruptive technologies;
  • Understanding and refining the IT Operating Model, processes and governance to adapt to the strategy;
  • Designing solution, application, information, integration and infrastructure architecture blueprints to help deliver on the strategy;
  • Support the development of client bids and the presentation of proposals.

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in one or more architecture domains (Organizational, Business, Information, Application and Technology), either acting as a team member or leading teams; certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Cloud, Agile or platform solutions are a strong plus
  • Even though you will work both internally and externally across multiple industries, y ou have a desire to leverage your existing knowledge in the Insurance and/or Banking sectors, so experience in this region is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch (written, spoken)
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • You have a strong understanding of emerging and innovative technologies, and how to shape IT strategy and delivery in order to leverage those technologies
  • You are well versed in the different aspects of Cloud Strategies, Event driven Architecture, Business Process Modelling and General Purpose Enterprise Architecture
  • You are experienced in assessing an organization’s IT landscape and developing technology investment cases and roadmaps that align with business goals
  • You have the ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively to a business audience
  • You are client-focused and have an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to make an impact, both externally (at the client) and internally (within Deloitte)
  • You are flexible, able to work in a multicultural environment and to focus on priorities
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and realize that excellence should be achieved as a team
  • You combine intellectual curiosity with creativity to turn bright ideas into brighter solutions
