ERP Business Analyst

ScioTeq is looking for an ERP Business Analyst with a strong focus on manufacturing, operations and engineering.

Your responsibilities

• ERP support for Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement & Finance
• Represent IT in our new PLM Roadmap and be the interface between R&D and IT
• Work on the next phase of the MES roll-out in our Kortrijk production facility
• Define & manage the integrations between our different IT systems and ERP (together with external partners and technical teams)
• Analyze/optimize existing business processes or design new ones
• Check if the development matches with the user requirement and support the testing
• Manage possible impact of process changes on the organization
• Where applicable, translate non conformities into solutions
• Support external audits

Profile

• Combination of experience and education within the IT ERP landscape with emphasis on Operations & Supply Chain area’s.
• Good and broad knowledge of ERP tools: Preferred Infor-Baan (alternatively SAP, AX, Oracle)
• Good understanding on the processes of Operations, Manufacturing, Enterprise Planning, Warehouse Management, Procurement
• Good understanding on Supply Chain tools: MES, MRP, WMS
• Good understanding on Finance processes is a plus: knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Management, Cost Accounting
• Project Management capabilities
• Good analytics and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
• Eager to be technically challenged and follow new IT trends
• Be a sparring partner for technical skilled people and developers
