  • You pro-actively seek out your clients and sell your service
  • You search your clients’ recruitment needs and meet them by finding the right candidates
  • You write job advertisements for the jobs your clients have open to attract candidates
  • You pro-actively search for candidates who can be a match for your client
  • You negotiate contracts, conditions, salary, etc
  • You make sure that your candidate is hired by your client, because only then you book results, reach your targets and receive commissions

Profiles


Profile:

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • You are fluent inEnglish and French or Dutch
  • First professional experience in sales or recruitment
  • Completed studies or commercial training
