Introduction
You are an experienced Sales & Project Manager who thrives on networking and analyzing results. You have a passion for fairs and events and know how to get companies involved in this story. You organize not just an exhibition, it’s a unique opportunity for a company or organization to put itself in the spotlight, to connect with other people and to build customer relationships.
You would be responsible for theSpanish, Portuguese and Italian editionsof ARCHITECT@WORK: an international trade fair where the latest developments to do with architecture and interior would be presented to (interior) designers, project developers, (interior) architects,...
Your role
As an Exhibition Manager you work togheter with the overarching Unit Manager. You organize a handful of Spanish/Italian/Portuguese editions of ARCHITECT@WORK, you market the commercial activities and you are responsible for sales.You delve into the world of architecture, shed light on the financial picture and become an expert in the sector.
- You guarantee the commercial development of customer relationships and actively look for exhibitors for the total event ARCHITECT@WORK South Europe.
- You are at the helm of a number of editions and you coach your colleagues from the project team throughout the entire process.
- You can creatively express yourself with advertising campaigns, brochures and mailings.
- You draw up budgets, perform analyzes and draw up the final balance sheet.
Your profile
You excel in organization and are bursting with commercial talent. Experience shows that you can easily make new contacts and build long-term relationships. You are a real people person and can smoothly work with figures and graphs. Not a single detail escapes your critical eye!
- You have masters degree and experience as Sales Manager or Project Manager within the events sector.
- You’re fluently in Spanish, this in combination with English OR Dutch. Portuguese and Italian are a plus.
- You only have to go abroad with your team 3-4 times a year: our offices are situated in Kortrijk so it’s important that you don’t live too far away.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible.
- You are a hard worker who flourishes both independently and in a team.
