K&J (brand of e-BLC bv) is an Antwerp based Belgian clothing and accessories brand. We have been active for 15 years and distribute to high-end multibrand stores all over Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. In parallel we also manage our own webshop: https://kateandjules.be.

All our creations are made in Belgium and Italy, because sustainability is part of our identity.

We know the origin of our materials, we produce qualitative items made to last

and above all we cherish the relationship with our manufacturers. They are part of who we are.

We are looking for a full-time allround fashion assistant as from 15/03-01/04. We are looking for a motivated candidate who wants to gather experience in all aspects of the daily activities of a fashion brand. Your role will include sales, marketing and daily delivery operations.

We are a small team, so you will work in a friendly environment and be able to develop own initiatives and creativity in the different tasks you will be given.

Your tasks:

  • assist in receiving boutique owners in our showroom 2x/year and assist in selling our collection to the boutiques
  • assist in shooting the collection
  • assist in creating content for social media campaigns
  • assist in managing the webshop
  • assist in preparing goods for delivery to stores

Your Profile:

  • you just graduated or have 1-5 years experience in sales/social media/ fashion
  • you love to communicate, fluent in NL, preferably also in FR/ENG
  • you love diversity in a job and are willing to learn different aspects of a job
  • you are a die-hard user of social media and love to create beautiful and catching content for Instagram, Meta and TikTok
  • you can work with Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics, Meta ads platform

Locations:

  • Showroom and office: city Antwerp (Zuid area): so it is necessary to live in Belgium!
  • Home office when possible: social media, webshop assisting
