Job Content

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Convergent Solutions & Go to Market department (EBU/ESP) to work on Fiber Strategy to support our #inspire2022 strategy to build a Gigabit network.

The challenge & richness of this function is to define fiber have an end to end responsibility on fiber from strategy, to marketing activities. Combining strategic and analytical tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create in depth analysis of sales figures (gross gains / churn) when needed in order to identify potential issues & opportunities
  • Define with product management and commercial management of tactical acquisition & retention actions
  • Coordinate & follow up of acquisition & retention actions
  • Understand the solutions and be able to translate them into customer needs
  • Support sales by delivering clear value proposal and sales material
  • Define together with product management and the fiber transversal squads the roadmap for EBU
  • Create (local) visibility depending on the fiber roll-out plan (eg. Launch of new city)
