Position Summary
The Finance Business Partner for Global Operations plays a pivotal role in enabling the Global Operations team to maximize their financial contributions towards the company’s key objectives, including net revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and cash conversion efficiency. This position is instrumental in elevating financial predictability and forecast accuracy, thereby empowering the Global Operations team to consistently enhance financial performance year over year.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a full end-to-end Finance Business Partner for the Global Operations scope, encompassing the following areas:
- PLAN: Support integrated planning processes including Supply and Demand Planning.
- SOURCE: Provide financial insight and strategic support for Strategic Procurement across Tobacco, NTM, and Indirect categories.
- MAKE: Partner closely with Manufacturing, Development, Engineering, and Technology teams to drive financial performance.
- DELIVER: Facilitate financial oversight and performance management of Distribution and Warehousing activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Global Operations leadership by delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
- Drive budget preparation, forecasting, and continuous financial monitoring to enhance accuracy and predictability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accountability for financial controls, risk management, and the alignment of financial results with strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial models, tools, and dashboards that enhance data-driven insights.
- Promote a proactive and forward-looking approach to financial challenges and opportunities within Global Operations.
Skills & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business partnering, financial analysis, or controlling roles within dynamic operational environments.
- Strong competency in business controlling, financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across various functions and levels.
- Proven experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams for continuous operational improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Proactive mindset with forward-looking financial acumen to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail.

Work Environment and Location
This Finance Business Partner role is located across multiple sites including Copenhagen, Lummen, Waalre, and Westerlo, offering a hybrid working model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance Business Partnering, ensuring alignment with overarching finance strategies and organizational goals.
