Our client active in the production sector and based in the Antwerp region, is currently looking for a Finance Director ad interim for a 6 month assignment.

The Finance Director ad interim’s key responsibilities will include:

 Being the SPOC for business management through Finance Planning and reporting, both on operational performance and cash flow management

 Ensure financial data integrity

 Perform financial analysis to support investments decisions

 Manage the cash position

The key qualifications required for this interim management job:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in finance within the production/manufacturing sector. You have a ‘full’ financial management scope: accounting & reporting, treasury & cash flow management, due diligence,… Preferably you have a background in complex environments where you acted as a change facilitator. You are resilient, determined, have good stakeholder management skills and are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
