We are looking for a Financial & Administrative Manager for an SME operating in the healthcare sector.

Working in a small team of around ten people, you’ll be a real Swiss Army knife on a daily basis!

Financial & Administrative Manager – The Role

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Day-to-day accounting
Execute payments to suppliers
Prepare year-end closings, with the help of a chartered accountant
Regular reporting to the company’s Board
Preparation of the yearly general assembly
Creation and sending of invoices to the company’s clients
HR & Payroll: generate new contracts, handle sick leaves/holidays, booking & payments of salaries
Specific tasks related to the company’s daily activities (update prices, handle transport & logistics issues..)
