About Our Client
Our client, a retail bank located in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/NL Financial Advisor to strengthen their team.
Job Description
As a FR/NL Financial Advisor, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Answer the incoming calls of the clients
- Help the clients with the problems or questions they might have
- Learn about more or less 100 different products and be able to explain them to the customers
The Successful Applicant
As a FR/NL Financial Advisor, you have the following profile:
- Bilingual
- Bachelor in Finance/Insurance or a Master in any field
- Between 0 and 3 years of experience
- Good communicator
- Customer-oriented
- Hardworking and proactive
- Courteous, respectful and helpful
- Affinity with banks
